Tourism Fiji

With COVID restrictions still in place, Tourism Fiji needed a way to inspire potential travelers and get them excited to visit when it was safe to travel again.

As North American travelers began to start dreaming and planning their post-COVID vacations, we knew we needed to get in front of them and remind them of the beauty and happiness that Fiji has to offer. To do this, I helped them develop a multi-channel marketing campaign called ‘Find Your Bula’ (Bula means Happiness in Fijian). The centerpiece of the campaign was an interactive quiz which asked travelers a series of questions about their vacation preferences, and then delivered a custom itinerary based on their choices.

By targeting consumers who indexed high as potential travelers, and giving them a personalized way to discover everything that Fiji has to offer, we were able to smash our campaign goals and collect thousands of leads that we could reach out to once the borders had opened again.
